At IMA Automation, we bring any project to life to meet the specific requirements of our clients and the industries they belong to. We specialize in the automation of all types of machines, prioritizing quality, innovation, and service.
Toner Leak Test
Machine designed to perform a toner leak test on laser printer cartridges. It is integrated into two parts: the upper part includes the mechanisms for conducting the test and the lower part contains the components of the control system.
Conveyor Belt For Tortilla Wrap
Structure with food-grade conveyor belt. This machine is designed for the production of "flautas", a typical Mexican dish made with corn tortilla. It rolls corn tortillas into taco roll shapes using mechanisms with electric motors and rods. It enables mass production of this dish.
PCB Laser Marker
Machine that performs laser printing on printed circuit boards. The board is placed by the operator in a nest with a pokayoke design to ensure its correct positioning, and an indexer moves it to the laser marking area where the required information is printed, and then it is returned to the operator who removes it.
Coupler Press
This template is designed to position the side inserts that hold the toner unit in the laser printer cartridge assembly. This procedure is carried out with the help of two manual mechanisms and one automatic mechanism assisted by a pneumatic actuator.
Excess Aluminum Cutter
The purpose of the aluminum excess cutter is to cut the leftover aluminum from automatically extruded aluminum parts. It uses a circular saw in a horizontal position activated by an electric motor and assisted by a pneumatic actuator, which moves the piece in a straight line to be cut.
Toner Cartridge Functional Test
Machine for functional testing of toner cartridges. It is designed to conduct a complete functional test of the cartridge after being assembled and before being filled with toner to ensure that all mechanisms function correctly. Ensuring that it is free of defects.
Electronic Components Laser Printer
This machine is designed to carry out the laser marking process on various electronic components with minimal operator intervention. This streamlines the process and reduces errors caused by human involvement.
Part Dispenser for Assembly
The purpose of this machine is to provide the operator with one component at a time for the assembly of medical material. The dispensing process is carried out by loading material in three stations. At each station, material is detected via a fiber optic sensor if material is available, and as long as there is, a pneumatic actuator pushes the piece to be dispensed onto a tray. Once a station is emptied, dispensing proceeds from the next magazine.
Shock Absorber Spring Laser Marker
The laser inspection and printing machine for shock absorbers springs works to recognize and evaluate automotive suspension springs. It evaluates weight, length, and diameter. The machine also recognizes the color and number of coils of the spring using a vision system. If everything is within the parameters of the selected model, then a laser marking print is done on it.
Diaphragm Riveter
This machine performs the riveting of four specific points in the assembly of an relay switch using an electric linear actuator. The assembly to be riveted is placed in a nest mounted on a pneumatic actuator. It is then moved inside and riveted. Finally, a vision sensor verifies that the process has been completed correctly.
Kevlar Sleeve Cutting Machine
It is a machine designed for the production of variable width Kevlar sleeves, with the ability to perform cutting operations to size, slotting, and stamping. All of this is done automatically, efficiently, and without material waste.
Cauterize Tube Laser Marker
It is a machine with an integrated laser marker, designed to carry out the laser marking process on a medical-use plastic tube. The process is carried out entirely automatically. The only thing required is to place the material to be processed in a hopper that feeds the pieces to a conveyor belt, which is responsible for moving it to the laser printing station to be marked with the required information and then taken to an area where it is discharged into a bin.
